  • Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
    A: Your order should arrive within 7 – 10 business days.
  • Q: What method of shipping do you use?
    A: We only ship USPS Priority Mail. It is the fastest and lowest cost way for us to ship.
  • Q: What is special about our product?
    A: At Neatlocz, we provide quality merchandise at affordable prices. Our products are both functional and fashionable, offering a stylish alternative to keep your hair looking its best.
  • Q: Do you offer products for children?
    A: Headliners are available in eight and twelve inch lengths that are ideal for both adults and children.
  • Q: Are other colors available besides what is offered on the website
    A: Not yet, but we are working on expanding the color selections. Please check the website frequently.
  • Q: What should I do if I want to make an exchange?
    A: Please read our Return Policy Statement for details on how to make an exchange.
  • Q: Do you have reduced pricing for retailers?
    A: Absolutely. Please contact us at info@neatlocz.com if you are interested in purchasing 12 items or more.

Returns
Neatlocz is interested in your full satisfaction. We work with our suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unfortunate and unexpected event that the items you purchased are defective, contact us within ten (10) days of receipt to request an exchange. Please read the policy statements before contacting us about a return.

  • Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition. Items must be returned (shipping prepaid) to us in the same way we sent them to you. Items that have been used by the customer cannot be returned to us.
  • We will gladly exchange any items found to be damaged or defective through no fault of the customer. Shipping costs (including return costs) will be paid by Neatlocz.
    When requesting an exchange for a different size or color, the purchaser must pay the shipping of the original item back to Neatlocz and the costs for shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.
    Please note that items may be exchanged only for the same or similar items.

Authorized Retailer
To be an Authorized Retailer, you should be operating a hair salon, barber shop or similar facility that offers services and products to the general public. If you have an interest in becoming an Authorized Retailer of Neatlocz, please email info@neatlocz.com and we will provide you with the appropriate information.
